2026 — New Policy
Behavioural Management Framework.
The WBA Behavioural Management Framework applies every time a team takes the court — junior, senior, mixed, wheelchair. Same standards for everyone: respect for officials, respect for opponents, respect for the game.
Respect officials
Referees, scoretable, and statisticians make the game possible. Disrespect leads to immediate action under the framework.
Repeat breaches escalate
Warning → suspension → removal. The framework is published and consistently applied — everyone knows the consequences.
The court is for everyone
Players, parents, coaches, supporters — the BMF protects everyone in our basketball community, on and off the court.
